Please join us on Sunday, May 2nd, 2027 in celebrating our wedding at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit All-Inclusive Resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico!
Come enjoy a great all-inclusive resort experience where all your meals and alcohol are included with your stay while you celebrate with us.
To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Vibe Thrive Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
To take advantage of the room block pricing, all guests must have their hotel reservations made by December 31st, 2026 and paid in full by January 5th, 2027.
Please RSVP by December 4th, 2026.
We are currently holding all rooms from April 29th through May 4th, 2027; however, you may book any dates or request any room categories you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request for it to be added to our group). Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort.
You may also use this site to book your transportation to and from the airport. All flights should be purchased separately with your airline of choice.

Transfers
Your airport-to-resort transportation will be provided by Amstar.. They offer a variety of reliable and comfortable transfer options for
round-trip convenience, with vehicles waiting in the airport's arrival area. The ride from the airport to the resort is typically around 20 minutes, though timing may vary based on traffic and transfer type.
• Shared Transfers: Economical, safe, and comfortable! Shared transfers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may stop at up to three resorts for other guests before reaching your destination. Priced per person.
• Private Transfers: Reserved exclusively for your party, typically accommodating up to 7 passengers. You'll depart immediately
with no additional stops. Priced per vehicle.
• Private Deluxe (Luxury): Premium SUVs for up to 5 guests, with fast-tracked access, immediate departure, and complimentary welcome beverages—no stops along the way. Priced per vehicle.

How many days should I arrive before the wedding day?
We'd love for you to think of this as your vacation with our wedding in between! Please arrive at least 1 day prior to the wedding.
May I set up a payment plan?
You will receive a reservation number once your reservation is made and you will be able to make payments at anytime.

What is the cancellation policy?
Your initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation before the final payment due date, you will only lose your deposit. If you cancel once your reservation is paid in full and the final payment date has passed, refunds will depend on insurance purchased. If you do not purchase insurance, your reservation is non-refundable. You may purchase travel credit insurance or cash back insurance which will cover the cost of your trip.

Will I need a passport?
Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months.
Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
May I use USD in Mexico?
Absolutely! The resort is all inclusive, meaning that your drinks and food are covered your entire stay! We recommend bringing small bills ($1s & $5s) to tip bartenders and servers a few bucks if you are experiencing good service.
